IMX is planning on having an open practice on March 14 from Noon to 4pm to
debut the new track. We will run this practice similar to the way the
Saturday practices before the events are run. The track is currently
closed due to construction and will reopen for this practice.
90% of the track is new and was designed and built by Tim Holden. Special thanks to Tim Holden, Tony Lummus, Louie Bate, Brad Geren, Josh Bohanan, and others for donating their equipment and time to build this new track. Lets pray for winter weather to end and riding weather to begin! We will monitor the weather and any changes will be announced on this forum and on our phone message 620-585-2877. Remember to call before you haul when in doubt. We look forward to seeing you at our new track. Brad
2-2-2010 The track will be closed for renovation starting February 13 until the construction is complete. The goal is to open the track again on the weekend of March 13 with an organized, prepped track practice. Spread the word and be the first to ride the new track!

6-1-09 Message from Brad: Wanted to give everyone a big thanks for all the help over the weekend to make this motocross a success. I understand we had 325 entries - that is a new record for us. Last spring we had 313 entries. A second big thanks to those that helped clean up after the event - that was much appreciated. Next one is September 26 ATV race and September 27 Motorcycle race.
5-20-09 The CKMS Bike Series comes back to Inman on Sunday, May 31. This race will be another NMA qualifier. The track will be closed on Monday, may 25 to prepare it for the race and will reopen after the race on June 1. There will be a Saturday practice from 10am to 2pm. Primitive camping is available, there is a $5 fee to camp. See you there!
4-12-09 The CKMS bike race was cancelled due to heavy snow. We will announce the make-up date as soon as we can. The next scheduled bike race is April 19 at Platter Hill in Winfield.
3-21-09 Please check the calendar, Round 6 of the ATV series is now July 19th.
2-27-09 The track will be closed March 7-8 for track maintenance and also closed on March 21 - 28 for the March 29 race preparation.

Beginning Sept 25. a key will be required to enter the track. All paid members will receive their key prior to Oct. 12 Click HERE to read the letter.
December 10, 2008 From time to time the gates to the park are locked by the City of Inman for various reasons - usually because people are tearing up the east open field area by driving on it when it is wet. Starting in 2009, the north park gate and the main motocross gate will have the same lock so IMX members will be able to open both gates with the same key if necessary. Always make sure that the main motocross gate is locked again once you enter. If the north park gate is locked, make sure it is locked behind you once you enter also. If the north park gate is open, please do not lock it.
